On a daily basis, her meals would be the exact same: spinach, beet, and goat cheese salad. So one day, she decided to make an ice cream out of it, fortunately leaving out the spinach part. People have said that the odd concoction is actually pretty tasty, due to its beet syrup and goat cheese base.
